The insight and support Joe provides in the Solo Ops Roadmap is incredibly valuable. As a solopreneur used to wearing all the hats, I often have a hard time seeing where I can delegate. And because I create my own backend systems, it's tricky to recognize when I could take a more streamlined approach (especially around my podcast!). This roadmap helped me see not only where I could bring in the most leverage, but also where to start. Joe's questions, video, and detailed document gave me such a powerful outside perspective and helped me recognize key areas where I could reduce some of the load.
